Network 23 held an expert workshop on dealing with the illegally acquired property benefit. Participants from the SPPO, the Ministry of Interior, judges and civil society organizations working in the area attended the workshop.
The prosecutor Lence Ristovska shared the experiences of the Special Public Prosecutor's Office in the search for the illegally acquired property benefit and its confiscation. The the draft strategy on financial investigations and property confiscation was also discussed at the workshop. The event was held on December 27, 2017.
The workshop is being implemented as part of the project Network 23+, funded by the European Union.
