This publication provides an overview on the key inter-institutional platforms for development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the justice sector reforms in Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Croatia, and then compares and assesses the bodies for implementation of the justice sector strategies.

Goal of this analysis is to examine the possibility of introducing to efficient legal remedy in the procedures of selecting a judges and against decision of Supreme Court on the appeal of decision of the Judicial Council for dismissing a judge or for disciplinary measure.

The analysis goal is strengthening the understanding and consciousness among all factors, in ensuring the ultimate goal politicians (by the legislative and the executive) and hierarchical superscript authorities.
