The European Policy Institute – Skopje and the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in the Republic of Macedonia held an experts workshop where the draft Shadow report on Chapter 23 was presented. The workshop was held on the 7th of February, 2018, at Hotel Bushi.
Representatives from institutions, civil society organizations and independent experts had the opportunity to familiarize with the content of the report, and also comment on the findings and give their own contribution to the text.
The final version of the Shadow report will be presented at the end of the following month.
