Workshop for producing policy papers - Network 23

A workshop as a part of the project Network 23 was held in the period between 1 - 3 March 2017, aiming to increase the capacities of CSO's for developing policy papers. Tools for policy analysis were presented at the workshop, as well as instructions on how to produce public policies with distinctive alternatives.
