This report is a sublimate of the conclusions and recommendations drafted on the basis of the monitoring of the areas structured in Chapter 23.
The first workshop of the project "Network 23+" was dedicated to the principles of financial and administrative management of projects financed by the European Union.
According to the final evaluation of the submitted applications for participation in the re-granting scheme, on May 27, 2015 European Policy Institute (EPI) - Skopje on behalf of the "Network 23+" has signed Grant Agreements with 9 civil society organizations.

This grant scheme is part of the project "Network 23+", implemented by Institute for European Policy - Skopje and Helsinki Committee of the Republic of Macedonia within the IPA Civil Society Support Programme (Grant No. IPA - 2015 / 372-126).
