On June 8th, 2018, the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in the Republic of Macedonia conducted a policy dialogue on the topic “Reforms for the liberation of the state” in Public Room, within the framework of project Network 23+.

The Mid-term Evaluation on the Civil Society Facility for Western Balkans and Turkey by the European Commission highlights the Network 23 as a positive example in terms of its role in strengthening the rule of law in Macedonia.
The Council for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (SPPMD) has joined the Network 23. Now, 17 organizations are members of the network.
Network 23 organized an expert workshop today, focused on the European Commission’s Report on the Republic of Macedonia. The general conclusion of the discussion is that the EC Report reflects the real situation in the Republic of Macedonia.
