SPPMD joined Network 23

The Council for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (SPPMD) has joined the Network 23. Now, 17 organizations are members of the network.

SPPMM was founded in 1996, and the main activities are aimed at prevention of various forms of asocial and deviant behavior of children and youth in Kavadarci.

The work of SPPMM is mainly divided into two sectors:
  • the legal sector, which works to improve the position of juveniles within the juvenile justice system, through changes and improvements in juvenile legislation, as well as appropriate further implementation;
  • youth sector, which aims to organize the free time of youth in Kavadarci and villages in the area, as well as providing various opportunities for inclusion in various forms of informal education and activities.

SPPMM is currently working with a group of about 80 young people aged 13-19, as well as about 25 volunteers aged 21-35 years.
