Policy Dialogue on Alternative Dispute Resolution

The European Policy Institute - Skopje on 2 December 2016 in the hotel "Holiday Inn" organized a policy dialogue on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The event was organized, as a part of the project "Justice: Governance for Growth Monitor (JuDGMeNT)", which monitors judicial reforms in the frame of the Southeastern Europe 2020 Strategy. 

The discussion pointed out the importance of alternative dispute resolution, which help shorten the time, effort and money spent for successful dispute resolution. Nevertheless, the Republic of Macedonia faces several challenges which inhibit the successful implementation of ADR.
